The Department of Education and Federal Student Aid just put together this very nice new (November 2018) presentation summarizing PSLF. It doesn’t really present much new information regarding the basics of PSLF which are not otherwise already on their website, but it does make it somewhat easier to follow.

The presentation includes a lot of interesting data on borrowers, ECF forms submitted, etc.

Interestingly, they are putting together a “PSLF help tool” (see slide 32) which we think will be useful for a lot of new borrowers.
